Ordered a memorial bouquet, chose the vase, bouquet exceeded my expectations! Was placed on entry table at service, just perfect! Requested red,white,blue. Blue vase, full of blue hydrangea, red roses, white blooms, centered a patriotic bow.

Edit ---- Rachel saw my review and called me and she was so very sweet and so accommodating. They are going to create a different bouquet ( the picture online appears to be very pink, but it's actually not so it was a misunderstanding on my part really ) Delivery was fast. I've used this florist multiple times and I'm aware that they can't get the arrangements to look exactly like the picture online, but the order delivered today wasn't even close. I ordered this specific arrangement because my sister's favorite color is pink. The one's delivered were purple and red with a couple pink pieces. When you spend close to 90 dollars on flowers, you expect them to look close to the arrangement you ordered.

You’re a great company who gives the best desk service along with delivery service! Your employees are friendly and courteous to you and your floral designers have never failed on any arrangements I’ve ordered, or received and that’s including fruit baskets! I’ve been ordering from you for 52 years which is hard to believe but also shows you’re a reliable florist!I I always recommend you keep up the good work and may your flowers always bloom!

I was visiting my Mother for Mother's Day in 2024 and walked into this cute shop to order their Bird House arrangement. I asked for a Blue Bird and Purple and Lavender flowers. It was an Absolutely Beautiful arrangement!! This year, I am home in Florida and wanted to send a Bouquet of Flowers for my Mother's Birthday. I was so happy to know where to order my flowers and went to their website and order ed the Flowers with confidence that the arrangement would be PERFECT !! They were out of the Lavender Roses that I wanted But quickly got some for my order and made it, just like the Photo on their website. I was really surprised how they went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my Order, especially since I am out of state and they could have just substituted anything. Thank you Genia for your quick, and personal customer service. My Mother Loves Her Lavender Flowers!!

Did a google search for Florist near Milford DE. Many entries for a company named Eva. Picked out a nice anniversary arrangement and wanted two small bears sent with the flowers. After paying, I received a conformation, and hoped for the best. Next day, received an EM, telling me that they could not fulfill my request. SOOO, I came across Jen-Mor Florist, and gave them a call. The lady that I spoke with, was more than accommodating. She put together a spectacular arrangement with two bears, that have the couples names on them . Married 69yrs ! I visited with them yesterday, and what a beautiful arrangement. Over all, I would put this business at a 20 out of 10 . Super service and they got it right !! Thank you
